The QueenRightDial - Mating Indicator - OUR NEWEST ADDITION TO THE QeenRightDial Tools was created by beekeepers for beekeepers to help provide a simple tool to track the status of your new queen(s) being raised in your hive. Track using the two part dial to mark the start point of the status of that new queen using a dial affixed to the surface of your hive body or lid. Ensuring you allow for proper timing from egg to newly mated queen laying the next generation.

Comes in three(3) parts, Single Base plate, Mating Date Plate , and Mating Indicator Dial. Along with the proprietary tracking decals. Date decal, Mating Timeline decal. We also include 2 screws with every dial to affix the dial to your hive body or lid

EGG = 1-3 day old fertilized egg
GRAFT = Day 4 grafts (hatched egg)
CELL/LARVA = Day 5-7 Cell and Larva developing
CAPPED = Day 8 Queen Cell Capped
DND PUPA = Day 9-14 Do Not Disturb - Pupa developing
DND EMERGING = Day 15-17 Do Not Disturb - Emerging Virgin Queen
DND MATING FLIGHTS = Day 18-23 Do Not Disturb - Queen Mating Flights
CONFIRM MATED (EGGS) = Day 24-31 - Confirm eggs From Mated Queen

*Note : This timeline is the typical timeline of the gestation period of a queen bee there are some factors that may require limited adjustment to the time periods but for the most part following this timeline will help a beekeeper understand what a new queen will be going through at what point in a queenless colony.

The QueenRightDial - Mating indicator also works interchangeably with the Status Indicator 2.0, using the same tray and can be swapped out with one of the unused dials while there isn't a mated queen present.
The decals used in this product are water and fade resistant.

This includes QueenRightDial - Mating Indicator dial sets with installation screws and our customer POD for pocket or mobile use.
