STEP 1 : Affix the three(3) decals to the Duel Base Plate
Typically the Status Indicator 2.0 decal on the left and the Queen Age decal on the right.
STEP 2 : Stack the two Dial Plates on top of the Duel Base Plate using the two screws provided and pushing them through the center of the round decals.
STEP 3 : Screw one of the screws of the Duel Base Plate to a flat surface on the hive body using one of the screws, to hold it in place.
STEP 4 : Adjust to level (if needed) and screw the second screw Duel Base Plate ensuring its tight and flush with the Base
STEP 5 : back the screw off 1/4 turn or just enough for the dial to turn snug and stay in place
STEP 6 : After inspecting your colony set your Status Indicator dial to reflect the status of your colony within your hive, and the age of your current queen. Using the center action decal, check the box with a dry erase marker as to the next action needed and write the date in the provided space for your reference.
